Knox County is located in the southwest corner of Indiana and is home to the communities of Vincennes, Bicknell, Bruceville, Decker, Edwardsport, Emison, Freelandville, Monroe City, Oaktown, Ragsdale, Sandborn, Westphalia, and Wheatland. One of the original Indiana counties, Knox County was founded in 1790 and was the home of the first state capital.
Building on that strong heritage, Knox County continues to innovate and seek out partners to build on its agriculture and bioscience heritage. If a close-knit, educated and future-driven community with space for growth and expansion is on your wish list, it can all be found in Knox County.
